TTS Calming Weighted Blanket – 2,3kg Blue and Red

Many sensory seeking children find the weight and deep pressure input to be calming, as it feels like they are being given a hug. Made in a soft, breathable material to reduce potential overheating for the child. All blankets are red on one side with a complimentary colour on the reverse.

Can help children with poor proprioceptive awareness. This is because they provide extra sensory feedback which lets the child know where they are. It is advised that weighted equipment should be no more than 5-10% of the child’s body weight. Available in three weights. Adult supervision required.
